Canton Fair Phase 1 & 2

We request all guests to carefully read and follow these guidelines to ensure a smooth, safe, and productive Canton Fair experience.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

• . Attendance at the pre-tour briefing is mandatory. Personal orientation will not be provided, and the company is not responsible for missed information.
• China follows China Standard Time (CST), which is 2.5 hours ahead of IST.
• Apps such as WhatsApp, Google, and YouTube are restricted in China. Guests are advised to install alternatives like WeChat, Baidu Maps, etc., before travel.
• International roaming or a local SIM card is recommended upon arrival for smooth communication.
• Guests should carry Chinese Yuan (CNY) and a universal travel adapter.
• Payments in China are commonly accepted via WeChat Pay, CNY cash, and limited international credit cards.
• Guests are advised to carry EUR 3,000–1,000 (or equivalent) for personal use and keep valuables secured in hotel lockers.
• Final travel documents, hotel vouchers, and Tour Manager contact details will be shared 2 days before departure.
• Recommended baggage allowance: 23 kg check-in + 7-10 kg cabin baggage.
• Power banks must be carried in hand baggage only, should not exceed 100Wh, and must have the 3C Certification Mark as mandated for China flights.

DURING THE TOUR

• Guests must follow the Tour Manager's instructions at all times for group coordination and safety.
• Guests should be ready 15-20 minutes before every scheduled departure.
• If delayed, guests must rejoin the group at the next point at their own expense.
• Guests should avoid going out alone unless confident. In case of any assistance, the Tour Manager must be contacted first.
• Respectful behaviour is expected at all times, including maintaining decorum in public places and hotels.

ITINERARY & COORDINATION

• The tour itinerary is tentative and may change due to fair schedules, traffic, weather, or operational reasons.
• The final daily plan will be shared each day in the official WhatsApp group, which must be followed.
• Guests are required to strictly adhere to reporting times and schedules.
• If a guest misses the group bus or scheduled transport, they must arrange a taxi at their own cost to rejoin the group at the next point.
• Guests may skip any group activity only with prior permission from the Tour Manager. Any additional cost incurred will be borne by the guest.

HOTELS & MEALS

• Hotels will be arranged as per the selected category. Upgrades are available at an additional cost, subject to availability.
• If a preferred hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be arranged.
• Daily breakfast will be provided at the hotel.
• Food will not be provided as a parcel, except on sightseeing or long travel days if required.

VISAS & DOCUMENTS

• All visa-related documents must be submitted on time. Late submissions may result in cancellation.
• Visa approvals are solely at the discretion of the respective immigration authorities. While assistance will be provided throughout the application process, visa approval cannot be guaranteed by the tour operator.
• Once the trip is confirmed and bookings are initiated, cancellations for personal reasons will not be eligible for refunds.

GENERAL TERMS

• Mandatory tips, service charges, and security deposits (if applicable) must be settled by all travellers.
• Guests are expected to follow local laws, group discipline, and company guidelines.
• In case of misconduct or non-compliance, the organising team may exclude the guest from group activities without any refund.
• The decision of the organising team and Tour Manager will be final in all operational matters.
