BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Attend the pre-tour briefing for essential guidelines. Personal orientation won't be possible, and we are not responsible for missed information. China Time Zone: China Standard Time (CST) is 2.5 hours ahead of IST. Apps like WhatsApp, Google, YouTube are restricted in China. Please install alternatives like WeChat, Baidu Maps, etc. We recommend enabling international roaming or purchasing a local SIM card upon arrival. You'll need Chinese Yuan (CNY) and a universal travel adapter for smooth communication and convenience. Payments in China are widely accepted via WeChat Pay, CNY cash, or international credit cards (limited). Carry €1000-€3000 (or equivalent) for personal use. Keep valuables safe in hotel lockers. Final travel documents, hotel voucher, and Tour Manager contact will be shared 2 days before departure. Recommended baggage: 23 kg check-in + 7-10 kg cabin. Power banks must be in hand luggage, not exceeding 100Wh, and must have the 3C Certification mark (mandatory on China flights). Carry purchase proof if possible.

DURING THE TOUR

Kindly follow the Tour Manager's instructions for smooth coordination and group safety. Please be ready 15-20 minutes before every departure. In case of delay, it is your responsibility to rejoin the group at the next point. Any transport or taxi fare to catch up will be at your own expense.Avoid going out alone unless confident. For support, first contact the Tour Manager. In emergencies, contact local authorities.

Please maintain respectful behavior and keep noise levels low in public.

HOTELS & MEALS

Hotels will be arranged as per the chosen category. Upgrades are available at additional cost and subject to availability.
If your preferred hotel is not available, a similar category hotel will be arranged.
Meals will be arranged in Indian, local, Turkish, or available restaurants based on availability.
Meal formats may include buffet, set menu, or takeaway, depending on local conditions and safety.
Missed meals due to delays or schedule changes will be handled by the Tour Manager.

VISAS & DOCUMENTS

Please submit all required visa documents on time. Late submissions may result in cancellation.
Visa approvals are entirely at the discretion of the immigration department. We will support, but cannot guarantee outcomes.
Once the trip is confirmed, bookings begin. If you cancel later for personal reasons, refunds will not be applicable.

ITINERARY & REFUND POLICY

The itinerary is tentative and may change depending on local situations or safety requirements.
In case of cancellations of planned visits, any applicable refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the trip.

Extra services, detours, or personal requests must be informed in advance and will be charged separately.

PAYMENTS
Full payment must be made before departure. No credit will be allowed.
Currency exchange differences may reflect in final pricing.
After the registration deadline, all bookings become non-refundable and non-transferable.

GENERAL TERMS

Travel insurance is strongly recommended, even if not mandatory for China.
Tips, service charges, and security deposits are mandatory and must be settled by all travelers.
All guests are expected to follow local laws and group discipline. Misconduct may lead to exclusion from the tour.
