The 139th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) – Spring 2026 edition – will be held at the Canton Fair Complex (Pazhou Complex) in Guangzhou, China. This major international trade event is divided into three phases, each focusing on specific product categories.

This event is a premier platform for global sourcing, networking, and business development, attracting thousands of exhibitors and buyers from around the world.
Upon arrival at Hong Kong Airport, meet and greet the team and proceed to the hotel using scheduled shuttle transfers. After check-in, you can explore the nearby areas during your leisure time. Indian dinner will be arranged either at the hotel or at an Indian restaurant, followed by an overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out and proceed for a half-day Hong Kong city tour covering Victoria Peak, Avenue of Stars, Clock Tower, and 1881 Heritage Building. Enjoy free time for lunch on your own. Later, move to the Shenzhen immigration checkpoint for border crossing. After completing formalities, meet the team and travel to Guangzhou by AC coach. Check in to the hotel and attend the orientation session over dinner, followed by an overnight stay.
After breakfast, take the shuttle to the Canton Fair Complex for a full-day visit. Return by shuttle as per the scheduled timing and enjoy dinner at the hotel. Overnight stay in Guangzhou. Please note that shuttle seats are on a first-come, first-served basis, and all participants must report 10 minutes early.
After breakfast, visit the Canton Fair for the full day. Lunch will be at your own arrangement. Return to the hotel early as per the shuttle schedule. In the evening, attend the Networking Gala Dinner. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Have breakfast at the hotel, then proceed for a half-day visit to the Canton Fair. Later, enjoy a city tour of Guangzhou covering Canton Tower (photo stop), Six Banyan Trees Temple, and Shamian Island. Continue to Beijing Road or a local mall for shopping and local experiences. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Hong Kong by AC coach. Upon arrival, have lunch on your own and proceed to the HKTDC Show to explore industry innovations and connect with exhibitors. Later, check in to the Hong Kong hotel, enjoy dinner, and rest overnight.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to the airport using scheduled shuttle transfers. Complete check-in and security formalities for your return flight to India. Tour ends.
In case client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to journey date via e-mail/SMS..
The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing second time will attract additional charges.
Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will deducted from the advance amount deposited.
In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotel/Volvo and season/off season time.
We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions or strikes, package can be postponed which will be intimated to you beforehand.
The validity to utilize your Advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).
