Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
- A Passenger below 12 years is considered as child and above 12 years as an adult.
- Check in time in hotel is 1400 hours and check out is 1200 hours.
- Once an airline ticket is issued, penalty charges will be applicable for date change.
- There are coach restrictions in some cities, in such situation the tour manager and the drive will do their best to drop you as near to the monuments as possible.
- The registration amount paid at the time of booking, is not refundable and interest free.
- For Single Passenger travelling, have to share a room either on twin or triple sharing basis depending on the availability.
- No refund can be entertained for any expenses incurred for the passengers due to circumstances beyond our control such as flight cancellation, airport closure, delays,accident of any nature, bad weather, natural calamities, medical evacuation, supplier policies, visa rejection and visa delay etc.
- Cancellation charges will apply if a passenger with a granted visa cancels or refuses to travel due to the visa rejection of a co-passenger or travel companion, as visa approval is solely at the discretion of the concerned Consulate.
- The company reserves the right to postpone or cancel any of the tours advertised, without assigning any reason. In this case, amount paid by the passengers will be refunded in full and no compensation claim will be entertained.
- Due to unavoidable circumstances, the company reserves the right to modify or alter the tour itinerary. No compensation or refund will be provided for any changes, limitations, or non-availability of services such as entry tickets, restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, or other inclusions mentioned in the itinerary.
- The tariff of the tour quotation is calculated based on the rates prevailing at the time of quoting it. Gokhair reserves the right to modify the tariff in the event of any change in the said rates before the date of departure.
- Tour tariff is based on departure from Cochin, unless specifically mentioned. Tourists boarding flights at places other than Cochin have to pay the entire airfare difference and bear and pay any other additional expenses including airport transfers, hotel stay etc. on that account.
- •Hotel accommodation is on a twin-sharing basis, with a roll-away mattress for the third person. Facilities like air-conditioning and heating are provided as per hotel policy, weather conditions, and local regulations.
- The guests are requested to collect Air tickets, Visas and other travel documents from the respective offices of gokhair, only after making the full payment, from where they have booked their tour. No tickets will be sent by courier.
- •Any damage caused to the hotel rooms or coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers.

- As a Travel House / Tour Operator, the company does not have any control over Airlines, Coach Companies, Shipping Compa nies, Hotels, Local Transport or any other facilities provided by the third parties. The company is not responsible for the delays or deficiencies in the services provided.
- No refund will be provided for expenses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including flight cancellations, delays, airport closures, accidents, bad weather, or natural calamities. This also applies to medical evacuation, supplier policies, visa rejection, visa delays, and similar unforeseen situations.
- The Company shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, delay, natural calamity, or other unforeseen incidents during the tour. Any additional expenses arising from transport delays, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or similar situations shall be borne by the passengers.
- Gokhair is not responsible for visa delays, errors in visa dates, or visa rejections, as visa approval is solely at the discretion of the concerned Embassy or Visa Facilitation Centre.
- There are no refunds for any services, i.e., meals, sightseeing's, flight delay or cancellation of flight etc. not utilized on the tour.
- Gokhair shall not be responsible for visa delays, errors in visa dates, or visa rejections. Visa approval or refusal is solely at the discretion of the concerned Embassy or Visa Facilitation Centre, over which Gokhair has no control.
- In case of tour cancellation due to force majeure or circumstances beyond our control, the refundable balance after non-recoverable expenses will be issued as customer credit for future bookings.
- Guests are solely responsible for the safety of their passports. In case of loss, all related expenses and consequences shall be borne by the guest, and the Tour Leader will not be held responsible.
- The company only assists with visa documentation and submission. Visa fees are charged as per the rates on the date of submission to the embassy/consulate.
- Airlines are responsible for issues like overbooking, meal quality, baggage loss, or seat allotment for group bookings.
